Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many subject access requests his Department has (a) received and (b) responded to within the statutory limit in the last five years.

In the last five years, the department has:
a) received 33,932 subject access requests,
b) responded to 28,052 within the statutory limit.
