Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to Q6 of the oral evidence given by Andy Start to the Committee of Public Accounts on 13 November 2023, HC 66, what steps he is taking to ensure DE&S is more (a) transparent and (b) part of the integrated defence whole.
