Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many Unexplained Wealth Orders have been (a) sought and (b) granted since the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 came into effect.

Since the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act came into effect on 15 March 2022 the NCA has filed one application for a UWO in the High Court.
