NHS England estimates that 150-200 metastatic colorectal cancer patients per year and 15-20 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients per year could be eligible to access Selective Internal Radiation Therapy through the Commissioning through Evaluation programme at the time of designing the scheme. It is expected that over 500 patients will be recruited to the programme by the end of March 2017.
