Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many and what proportion of in-service complaints were not dealt with in the recommended time for disposal within each of the three armed forces in each of the last three years.

Information on the numbers and proportion of Service complaints which met the stipulated target of 24 weeks in calendar years 2014 and 2015 is available in the Annual Reports of, respectively, the Service Complaints Commissioner and the Service Complaints Ombudsman.
