Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the reasons are for the time taken to commence section 67 of the Serious Crime Act 2015.

The Government is committed to commencing section 67 of the Serious Crime Act 2015 and will do so as soon as possible.
