Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 2 February 2017 to Question 61611, on housing construction, how many Home and Committees Agency customers who have received funding from the Home Building Fund have had customer identification and verification checks which have identified possible red flags for tax avoidance or evasion.

The Homes and Communities Agency has not identified any customers seeking funding from the Home Building Fund which have identified possible red flags for tax avoidance or evasion.
