Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what assessment he has made of the level of rent arrears of universal credit recipients who are tenants in temporary accommodation in universal credit pilot areas.

The information requested is not currently available. DWP are undertaking work to investigate the issue of rent arrears in Universal Credit, it aims to understand the true level of rent arrears and what is causing them.
