Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, by what process the £25 million of new funding to help ambitious authorities in areas of high housing need to plan for new homes and infrastructure announced in the Housing White Paper, published in February 2017, will be allocated; and what conditions will be set on that funding.

The Government is considering how best to allocate these funds, and will make an announcement in due course.
