Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the average NHS ambulance response times in (a) England, (b) Greater London and (c) the London Borough of Newham were in each year since 2010.
This information is not available in the format requested. NHS England publishes data on the performance of ambulance trusts in respect of the number of Category A Red One and Red Two calls responded to within eight minutes and the number of Category A calls resulting in an ambulance arriving at the scene of the incident against the 19 minute standard.
This data is published on a monthly basis at both an England national level and at individual ambulance trust level. Latest data for December 2016 for England and London Ambulance Service NHS Trust is available at the following link:
