Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what steps he is taking to ensure timely publication of data on prison education services and outcomes, including for (a) April 2018 to March 2019 Offender Learning and Skills Service contracts, (b) April 2019 to March 2020 Prisoner Education Framework contracts, and (c) April 2020 to March 2021 Prisoner Education Framework contracts.

We plan to publish data from both the first year of the Prisoner Education Framework contracts (April 2019 to March 2020) and the final year of the Offender Learning and Skills Service contracts (April 2018 to March 2019) during the summer of 2021.
