Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether regular units from the Army and Royal Marines are subject to parliamentary scrutiny and the War Powers Convention when those units are attached to the Special Forces Support Group.

When under the operational command of the Director of Special Forces, units of the Armed Forces attached to the Special Forces Support Group are subject to the same disclosure policy as other elements of the Special Forces.
