Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether Charles Taylor is able to make phone calls from Durham Prison.

All prisoners are eligible to make phone calls to approved numbers for both social and legal purposes and are subject to appropriate security and monitoring arrangements. Legally privileged calls remain unmonitored in line with policy requirements.
