Working Conditions: Temperature

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will make an assessment of the potential merits of a statutory maximum workplace temperature.
This question was answered on 6th March 2017
The Government has no plans to make a further assessment of the merits of a statutory workplace maximum temperature. For information on the existing law and guidance on workplace temperature, I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave on 09 September 2016 to Question UIN 44106.
