Prison Officers: Redundancy

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what information her Department holds on the reasons why prison officers left employment in England in each of the last three years for which figures are available; and if she will make a statement.

Information on the number of prison officers leaving the prison service and their reasons for leaving is published quarterly in the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) Workforce Statistics Bulletin, available on gov.uk.
