Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of senior civil servants of her Department are (a) men, (b) women, (c) disabled, (d) from working-class backgrounds and (e) from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.

The proportions of staff requested based on September 2016 staff in post data is tabled below; it should be noted not all staff have declared their disability status or ethnicity. Information on socio-economic background is not held centrally.
