Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether (a) disabled people and (b) representatives from disabled people's organisations will sit on her Department's new independent Serious Case panel.

The Department is currently developing Panel membership and intends to work with stakeholders as the Panel is agreed.
