Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether any spending counted towards the two per cent of GNI target for defence spending will also be counted towards the 0.7 per cent target for ODA spending.

Some spending is counted for both the NATO 2% target and the 0.7% Official Development Assistance (ODA) target, in line with NATO and Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development guidelines.
