Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference HC Deb 17 October 2022, col 396 on the freeze to alcohol duty rates from February 2023; whether the draught relief will be applied to containers of 20 litres and above.

On 23 September, we published the next steps of the alcohol duty review, including confirming that we are expanding the draught relief so it applies to containers of 20 litres and above.
