Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many staff worked in HM Prison Berwyn prior to it opening to prisoners; and what the total cost of that staffing was for that time period.

The total cost of staffing HMP Berwyn as of the 31 December 2016 was £2,104,933.
