Section 27 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 provides for the disclosure of personal information held by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the Department for Work and Pensions to facilitate the collection of fines and impositions by Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service or a third party supplier of Compliance and Enforcement Services.

Any provider of Compliance and Enforcement Services requiring access to this data would need to enter into their own access agreements with the relevant Government Departments.
