Until we have left the EU, the UK will remain a member of the EU with all of the rights and obligations that membership entails, including transposition of all new EU legislation with a transposition deadline prior to Brexit. The UK is therefore fully participating in the re-negotiation of the European Electronic Communications Code to secure a good outcome for UK business and consumers.
