Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, when he plans for the proposed Green Paper on employer debt legislation associated with Section 75 of the 1995 Pensions Act to be published.
This question was answered on 14th March 2017
The issue of Employer Debt is covered in the Security and Sustainability in Defined Benefit Pension Schemes Green Paper published on the 20th February.
