To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, pursuant to the Answer of 9 June 2025 to Question 54885 on Private Rented Housing: Energy, what assessment his Department has made of the potential impact of the increased Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards on private sector rents.
