A Serious Further Offence (SFO) review is undertaken where an offender under statutory supervision in the community is charged with a qualifying offence. Not every offender charged with an SFO will eventually be convicted of an SFO.

The table below provides a breakdown of the figures of the Serious Further Offence Reviews (SFO) Reviews that were completed following investigations undertaken by a) the National Probation Service (NPS) and b) Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs) in England and Wales since February 2015
