Warships: Decommissioning

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many Royal Navy vessels have been decommissioned in each of the last five years.

I have interpreted “decommissioned” to mean withdrawn from service, in which case the following Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary vessels have been decommissioned in the last five years:

HMS TIRELESS
HMS ILLUSTRIOUS
