Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment she has made of the reasons for the decline in the number of drink-driving convictions between 2004 and 2014.

The Ministry of Justice have not made an assessment of the reasons for the decline in the number of drink-driving convictions. Policy on reducing drink driving and road safety is a matter for the Department for Transport.
