The Home Office acknowledged the Court of Appeal judgment in PRCBC & O v Secretary of State for the Home Department on 18 February and committed to reviewing the child citizenship registration fee in line with its duties under Section 55.

A Supreme Court hearing on Child Registration fees also took place on 23rd and 24th June.

We await the final judgment and the ongoing section 55 review before publishing results.
