Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what her Department's planned (a) timetable and (b) process are for reviewing Code C, Annex L of the Home Office guidance entitled Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, in the context of the ruling from the Supreme Court in the case of For Women Scotland Ltd (Appellant) v The Scottish Ministers (Respondent) of 16 April 2025.
