Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he plans to publish the outcome of the consultation on dangerous driving proposals which closed in February 2016.
This question was answered on 7th September 2017
The consultation on driving offences and penalties issued by the previous government closed on 1 February 2017. I intend to make an announcement in due course.
