Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 11 June 2025 to Question 57229 on Lord Mandelson, whether Lord Mandelson is permitted to (a) speak publicly at Labour Party fundraising events and (b) raise funds for the Labour Party.

All senior civil servants, including members of the Diplomatic Service, are subject to the Civil Service Management Code.
