Acas Helpline advisers have a commitment to refer all complaints about non-payment of the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage are passed on to HM Revenue and Customs. In some circumstances, for example a case with multiple employment issues, a worker may request that enforcement is pursued through the civil courts or an Employment Tribunal.
