Child abuse and domestic abuse may be charged under a number of different offences including assaults, child cruelty and coercive and controlling behaviour offences. The average custodial sentence length for these offences as well as rape and other sexual offences is available online at: https://www.gov.uk in the Criminal Justice Statistics section.
