Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make it her policy to prevent irregular migrants who are living in hotels from being able to go out into the community freely.

Asylum seekers living in asylum accommodation are not detained and are free to come and go from their accommodation as they wish.
