Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many staff in her Department respond to Freedom of Information requests.
This question was answered on 26th April 2017
FOI requests may be responded to by any member of staff across the Department, as they are allocated to the most appropriate person to respond depending on the subject of the request. The Ministry of Justice has a central Disclosure Team to support this function.
