Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what representations he has made to the Chechen authorities and the Russian Government on the arrest, imprisonment and abuse of homosexual men in Chechnya; and if he will make a statement.
