Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, how many affordable homes were completed in each of the last seven years in (a) England and (b) each region.

The number of additional affordable homes are available at local authority level in live table 1008 published on the departments website.

As outlined in the Written Ministerial Statement of 18 September 2012, Official Report, Column 32WS, my department no longer publishes statistics by government office region. Local authority figures from which regional estimates can be calculated can be found in live table 1008.
