Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if she will make it her policy to allow Universal Credit claimants who report to her Department that their circumstances have changed from self-employed to employed to continue claiming the rate awarded previously during the review period.
This question was answered on 2nd November 2022
We have no plans to change this policy.
