Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, whether (a) NHS England and (b) Health Education England made any representations to HM Treasury prior to the Summer Budget 2015 announcement on public sector pay.

We understand that neither body made any representations to HM Treasury in advance of the summer Budget.
