Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what progress the Government has made on its commitment to review the Decent Homes Standard.

The government recently consulted on the introduction and enforcement of the Decent Homes Standard in the private rented sector. The consultation closed on October 14^th and decisions will be announced in the usual way.
