Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the total cost was of High Court hearings in each of the last three years; and how many hearings took place in each of those years.
The total cost to HM Courts & Tribunals Service for the administration of High Court for the last three financial years was:

Total Cost includes both direct costs and overheads (those costs such as estate, provision of information & technology services and human resources).
