To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 8 September 2025 to Question 72990 on Mobile Scooters: Safety, whether he plans to consult members of the public in the review.

As part of the review of the law covering powered mobility devices, we will run a public consultation on potential changes to the legislation.
