Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the correspondence from the hon. Member for Liverpool Walton, reference MPAM/0448152/22, what the technical issue is that is delaying his constituent's case; and whether this technical issue has affected any other applications made to her Department.

The technical issue that caused a delay in the issuing of the customers BRP has now been resolved and the BRP is in process. This was a one off technical issue due to human error which has not affected any other applications.
