Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether intellectual property will be transferred to the UK with regard to the new Fleet Solid Support ships contract.
This question was answered on 7th June 2021
It is long-standing commercial policy for the Ministry of Defence to secure appropriate user rights in intellectual property, while leaving the ownership with industry.
