Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether he has made an assessment of the effectiveness of the transition of probation services in Wales into the public sector; and if he will make a statement.

The transition activity in Wales has progressed well and met all milestones. During this period published performance data indicates a strong continuity in achievement for NPS Wales, with a limited impact on service, based on previous quarters.
