To ask the Secretary of State for Education, with reference to his Department’s data release of 12 May 2022 on Education, health and care plans, for what reason data on EHC plan reviews was not included in that release.

The data published on 12 May 2022 on education, health and care plans is collated from the special educational needs 2 local authority aggregated data collection. This collection does not contain the information requested. A person level data collection replacing the aggregated data collection will be introduced from 2023 and include information on annual reviews.
