Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will estimate the proportion of the value of the UK Ministry of Defence Autonomous Minesweeping Capability contract that will go to (a) Atlas Elektronik (b) BAE systems and (c) Babcock.

The contract for the autonomous minesweeping capability was placed with Atlas Elektronik UK on 26 February 2015. The value of the contract is £13 million. BAE Systems and Babcock Marine are subcontractors to Atlas Elektronik UK. The proportion of the value of this contract that will go to Atlas, BAE Systems and Babcock Marine is approximately 70%, 26% and 4% respectively.
