Available data on compliance with quarantine measures was been published on the 10 September which demonstrates the cross-government and industry effort and is available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/data-on-health-measures-at-the-uk-border/data-on-health-measures-at-the-uk-border

In addition, Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) data relating to the Covid-19 enforcement notices issued in England and Wales under the International Travel Regulations is provided monthly by National Police Chief’s Council (NPCC) to the Home Office. The data provides an analysis of the rationale for issuing a FPN and a breakdown of issuance by Police Force.
