As those resettled through Pathway One of the ACRS do not have refugee status, they will not be eligible to apply under the refugee family reunion route.

Those resettled through Pathway One of the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS) may be able to sponsor family members through the family visa routes under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements of the respective visa route.
