Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether his Department has made an impact assessment of the use of the End of Custody Supervised Licence.

End of Custody Supervised Licence is a targeted scheme that will only operate in certain areas for a limited period of time. We are continually monitoring its implementation and impact.
